Filing complaints about LG must read.

Hi all,
I just posted a rant on the "up date on problems with LG refrigerator" Topic.
I'm not sure if you all know that just complaining to the customer service person that answers the phone, isn't actually filing a complaint.
You have to say "I would like to file a complaint" It's a whole other form they have to submit to LG.
They will record all the things wrong so get your list ready before calling. Tell them everything.

I'm hoping for a recall. I want a fridge, not a fire hazard.

I bought the French door bottom freeze, Model # LFD22860SW.

I paid just under $1500.00.
Not worth the money.
