Need help selecting a rangetop

I've finally decided on getting a rangetop (vs. cooktop or range) in our new kitchen. Now I'm having a hard time picking which one. I'm looking for a 36" gas rangetop with a built in griddle. I know a lot on this forum prefer the flexibility of an accessory griddle, but I think we will really use it and would prefer a built in griddle.

We are currently looking at Thermador, Viking, GE Monogram and JennAir. We want the best value -- we cook almost every night but are far from gourmet cooks. I just want something that is going to be reliable. I was leaning towards the Thermador, but I'm not sure about the non-stick coating on the griddle. Does it have the same health concerns as Teflon? Also, I did go to the showroom to listen to the simmer clicking based on comments in this forum, and it didn't bother us so that's not an issue.

What would you get and why?
