| I have the BEST by Broan Professional 54" hood K260A54SS and have found the switches to be flimsy and non-durable. They have failed twice in six months. That said, the company has responded well, replaced the switches twice (under 1-yr warranty) and is sending me a custom engineered switch unit made of marine gauge materials to correct the problem given the powerful btu's on my range. I have to give them credit for good customer service and standing behind the product, but the original switches are not up to par. The hood is otherwise nice. |
