I thought long and hard about this, considered the GE Cafe, too, as well as BlueStar RCS, and at an earlier stage, the American Range Performer.
This Capital Precision model seems to be having a good price promotion right now.
This model does not have the self-clean oven, and has four burners, not five.
By keeping it simple, it's much more affordable, at least, right now. Good luck with your decision.

Which did you decide to go with? My husband and I are actually considering the same two models. With the Capital being more powerful, spacious, and cheaper, I know that we should probably choose that one but the Wolf is beautiful. Online reviews for Wolf are fairly mixed, with the major criticism that baking is uneven. I can't find as many reviews for Capital, but based on price and power alone and the fact that they use that line on Chopped seems that we should go that route but I'm torn.
