Lacanche - Lava Rock Grill

We are heading to Art Culinaire next weekend to look at the ranges. We are interested in adding the lava rock grill to a Sully 2200. Has anyone added the grill? If so, are you happy with the performance? Understand we need adequate ventilation and had already planned that via a Modernaire systtem when looking at the Bluestar with griddle and grill.
