Appliance Store Beef

So we purchased all the K.A. appliances from Pacific Sales, and they agreed to deliver today.

They somehow lost that delivery, and now they will deliver tomorrow afternoon between 2-6PM. Jeeze!

Our contractor had his crew there to install today, but it is not their fault that Pacific Sales DID NOT DELIVER!

It's tough for both the buyer and the contractor when this stuff happens. I do not recommend expecting delivery on time from Pacific Sales.

Stay tuned for complaints about what they delivered, if and when, they do.

If you have a sales contract that states delivery for today ask them to pay for the extra costs of having your contractor installer come a second day.
If you are in California you may want to mention the Song Beverly act where as part of the act a servicer or delivery company must give you a 4 hour window and meet that window or face penalties.
