I am at a loss to understand how the door works with the door latch. I actually took the first one back because of this latch issue and brought back the 2nd one and same thing. Their are no instructions anywhere on the machine or the book on how to install the door latch. when we received it the piece shown on the pictures is under the bracket in that small horizontal opening on the dishwasher. You have to push it down to get the door to open. After opening the door that latch is attached to the door and is very loose. Do I remove it? At the store, it shows that latch connected to the dishwasher body. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong. Thanks.
