 o
gas stove venturi flange gasket replacement

I had to remove the venturi tube from a bluestar cast iron burner (to remove the stripped screw attaching the ignitor) and now need a new gasket. I'd like to:

a. buy one if I can find it
b. make one if I knew the correct high heat material
c. I was thinking a high heat liquid gasket material would work well as well if impervious to natural gas

this is a bluestar 4-burner natural gas range, RNB304BSS

I'd appreciate any comments/suggestion!

thx,
rob

Other than an auto parts store, maybe Bluestar will mail you some.
