In terms of reliability, models with less features will last longer. Icemakers and dispensers have the highest failure rates. Other than that, there is no one model that works better than the others. They are all made in the same Mexican factory. Just pick the one with the looks, features, and price you like best. Electrolux fridges have traditionally been regarded by repairmen as over-engineered, yet supposedly they've worked out most of the bugs on the earlier models.

I wouldn't worry too much, I've heard the icemaker issues are fixed (not positive though).
