I wouldn't. It's not ergonomically good. One of my friends has had that oven at waist height for years. It's great that way as you can see and reach in so easily.

You loose all the benefits of a side opening oven when it's low, and add some dangers. The door does get hot. Mine is stacked with the combi-steam, and because of that, the oven is a little low for my druthers, at more like hip level than waist level. The combi- is still a little too high though technically still at shoulder level. The side swing is still better than a drop down at hip height, but it would be better at waist height.

Yes, the door could burn your arm. Not so long ago, I wasn't thinking and bumped the hot door with my hip...while wearing shorts. I didn't get a bad enough burn to even call a booboo, but it did sting for a couple of days and made a bit of a mark. I would not want to have the door all involved with legs and whatnot. It's not that it can't be coped with, it's just that when you spend that much money on an oven, it's unfortunate if you have to compromise on its placement.
