Perlick Factory Seconds?

How have you gotten sources to respond?

I know that the sources for the appliances are this list vary. The folks from Signature Marketing group have been incredibly responsive, unfortunately, they don't currently have anything on the list that I'm looking for.

The sources that are selling, allegedly, what I want to purchase, have not responded to emails or phone calls. Has anyone had success that I might be able to learn from?

The factory seconds are all listed on the Perlick site, and I thought they were all then sold by Perlick, not someone else.

I had not issues contacting the person listed when I bought my C-Series from the factory seconds list. They even provided photo's of the problem at my request.
