30 inch jenn air or ge profile

I am updating a gas 30 inch cook top to stainless in an island. A dealer recommends the Jenn Air cooktop but it seemed very basic. I also have researched a GE Profile series that seemed to have more features. I am planning on selling the house in less than 2 years. I am wondering though if people are more drawn to the Jenn Air name? I have a Sub Zero and Jenn air double ovens that are staying.

The repair man just left and our 30" Jenn Air slide in range just got an estimate of repair for $700.00! Stay away from Jenn Air. It is only 4 years old. I am so disgusted with them.

Ouch! The cooktop I am looking at is under $1000.00 so that would be a nightmare repair! Thanks
