I am new to this forum.....We are building a new house and I am in the process of selecting appliances. I have selected the wolf 48" gas range, wolf micro drawer and I am deciding between a wolf steam oven or a single wall oven e or l series.
QUestion is 1) can you use the steam oven the same as a regular oven. Since we have the electric oven on the wall as the range is all gas I will be doing the baking in the wall oven.
2) if I go for the reg wall oven what is the main difference between the E AND L series. When I looked at it, I seemed to been drawn to the sleekness of the E series but now the builder says that the other model is better.
Lastly- does anyone have the subzero 24" dual zone wine fridge? Deciding between that, marvel and ULINE. Although open to other options...
