1 year later...

We completed our kitchen remodeling exactly one year ago, after spending many hours consulting this site. We ended up getting a GE Monogram oven and 240V Advantium, Wolf range top & hood, and a Kohler Karbon faucet. My one year report card gives A's to everything, and an A++ to the Advantium. Love it. I'd have given the Karbon faucet an A+ were it not for the inexactness of the volume/temp control. Thanks to everyone who helped us in our decisions.

Glad you are happy with everything. What do you like about the advantium so much? How is the oven? I am debating on purchasing one.

Just does things as well as in an oven but much faster. Like deli-prepared pizza, and oven roasted potatoes. We don't do a lot of true baking, so the main oven not used that much, except for the (very) occasional dinner parties and of course Thanksgiving.

Napabill, is the Karbon faucet any more inexact than any other faucet with a joystick-type "handle"? (i.e., like single-hole faucets).

Thanks!
