Go to Google Images and enter "toaster oven touch pad". Click on a picture that looks like what you want. A black bar will fill a good part of the screen with a button that says "visit page" under the name of the website. If the website is a store, like Target or Macy's, rather than a blog or forum, click the visit page button and look at the specs. If it doesn't have enough info, open a second tab or window and search on the name/model number of the toaster oven and see if someone else has the info you need.

Repeat until you find the one you want.

I'm guessing that while there are plenty with buttons, the touch screen might be a hard get because shielding the control board from the heat could cost more than its worth.

Many thanks plllog. With your help & suggestions and a fair bit of digging, I finally located what I think will work fine. I bought a Cuisinart TOB 130 (which they don't appear to make anymore) but it is all digital as I preferred and I think will suit my needs just fine. I really didn't care for those knobs that are on so many models now. :-((
Many reviews seemed to feel the user interface was problematical/hard to understand but it operates just as my present Cuisinart TO does so not an issue for me.

It has a dial and buttons, but I must say that the Breville toaster oven is the best I have ever used. It bakes evenly and makes toast just as good as a conventional toaster.
