27" Electrolux Wall Ovens

Purchased EW27EW65GB6 Electrolux in Oct 2010. Not sure if it is one of the infamous 2009 models. My oven takes more than 1/2 hour to heat to temp and the temp then does not stay even. Obviously it is no longer under warranty. How can I find out if it is a 2009 model and may be eligible for recall for Mnfctr defect?
