$7K budget - MW/oven combo or seperate

Trying to get the biggest bang for my buck - like many others. Here is what I am looking at - thoughts and suggestions welcome!
Bosch 500 cooktop
Bosch 500 dishwasher
Whirlpool Gold FD fridge
Kenmore Elite 4808 wall oven (ranked #1 by CR)

Here is my quandry - do I go with the combo MW/ oven from Bosch or do seperate units and just stack them - the difference is about $500, so what is the drawback to having the carpenter place the units on top of one another? This would be my second oven, hoping to add a warming drawer to the bottom of the stack. TIA!

We went through the same dilemma. I decided to go with separate wall oven/MW units. There are several posts which say that the failure rate of combo units is twice the failure rate of single units, which simply means that if one component fails in the combo, you have to replace both.

We are going with the Electrolux Wave Touch which will be my main oven. And we're stacking a Panasonic convection MW on top. We are still waiting for the EL to arrive, then the fun of trying to get the two into the wall begins!
