Hello Everyone!

I finally got my kitchen done and would like to hear from those with suggestions on how to properly clean the grill after cooking steaks, veggies or fish, etc.

My model is Wolf R364C gas range.

Thank you!

You should be able to just check the manual. Infrared burners are self cleaning. As the juices fall they are vaporized (when used on high, it should be high or nothing). If you clog the pores, just poke the holes open again.
