Suspect inlet valve assembly.

This is the guy.
It is a two-solenoid affair in the back of the fridge. If you replace it yourself, be sure to turn off the water supply to the fridge and unplug it from the wall before doing the swap. There are videos online that show how to do the replacement of a water inlet valve. Do a search and you will find plenty of them.
