Wekick posted this last December, He has a single Elux oven as I do, but I suspects the double ovens would be about the same time. CJ has the Elux double ovens, so maybe she can tell us?

That is about what it is. I usually let it heat a little longer to stabilize if I am baking but you can use it right away. Not a "he" though ;-)

It has a rapid preheat that alternates the top and bottom heating elements. I don't know why it doesn't turn them both on at once but I suspect alternating produces a more evenly heated oven.
