Hi all,

I just came across Barryv's link to his online index of steam oven recipes, and I'm wondering if anyone has other leads. (Thanks Barryv, that's cool!) I have a Viking combi steam oven and aside from steaming veggies, some fish, and reheating food, I have not begun to really use it to its full potential. (I blame my three kids under 5, but that's really just a lame excuse!)

I'd love to focus on getting the most from it, but I don't have the luxury of lots of experimenting. Has anyone come across good information about converting traditional recipes, developing skill, etc.? Or just good steam oven recipes?
