Buyer beware. We purchased the 24" Marvel beverage cooler for our main kitchen's home. We woke up one morning to find significant cupping on our hardwood floors. The water restoration company removed the appliance from our home and shortly after we had a certified Marvel service repair technician inform us that the unit was defective and it had ice buildup in the refrigeration line among other things which caused the leaking the repair bill was $1000+, though the technician recommended we not repair it due to the possibility that it could leak again . We have requested a replacement from Marvel.

Marvel has refused to discuss our claim and we have elevated our calls and letters to the highest levels within AGA Marvel customer service and repair. We are contemplating filing a claim with our homeowner's insurance.

Think twice when purchasing a Marvel refrigeration appliance they don't stand behind their product.
