Maytag Trim Kit

First, I apologize if this question is in the FAQs already. I did a quick search and didn't find anything.

I have a Maytag countertop microwave with a 30" trim kit. The microwave needs to be replaced, but I would like to use the existing trim kit. Can I replace the microwave and easily find one that fits this trim kit, or should I replace both items? Thank you.
