Customer Service

I put Wolf and SZ in my 6 yr old house. Excellent customer service. I have never had the run around that some of our fellow forum members seem to be getting with other brands. It's disgusting.

We are building again and after what I have read about some of the other brands here, if I wasn't already convinced, I'm even more convinced to use these brands again.

another vote for wolf, have their wall oven and needed a new probe and received it in 2 days.
