Microwave placement question

In our new layout I might have to put the microwave in the island. I like cheap, easy to replace microwaves, and it's the least used applicance in the kitchen. So I really just need an open space to place it in and plug it in. I don't want a drawer style or a built in one. I would love to have a garage style door so I can close it sometimes. In our layout, we are struggling with where to put it. Right now it's above the double ovens and that is just too high up. The island looks like a good option. Will it be a problem being below the counter level? I can't figure out where else to put it.

"If you are okay with reaching down to put stuff in and take it out, and needing to bend over or squat to see the screens and touchpads, then not a problem. But, download and read the user's manual to be sure your undercounter shelf will have enough clearance around the MW (usually an inch or so for the sides and back and maybe a little space on the top.)
