| HELP!!!!!!!!!!I'M just thinking about remodeling my kitchen and thought I will go with Thermador appliances, but I have heard both they are good and not good. I'm searching to find out the reviews and ratings of Thermador products, but I don't see anything out there that will help me to make a right decision. I visited several showrooms and they are favor to Thermador, but not Viking. Is anyone out there using Thermador appliances currently that can give me some information? Please!! The products below are on my list:
1)SGSX365FS Thermador 36" Masterpiece Deluxe Gas Cooktop OR SGSX365FS Cooktop (less price than the first one) and both are gas and have 5 elements. 2) MEMC301ES Thermado 30" Combination Wall Oven with 4.7 cu. ft. True Convection Oven 1000-watt convection Microware, Speed Convection. 3) KBUDT4255E Thermador 42" Built-in side-by-side Refrigerator. 4) DWHD651GFP, Thermador Dishwasher - Your feedback and any information on these products would be much appreciated! HELP!!!!!!!!!

| I just ordered a full Thermador package on the 1,2 free promo. I sure hope they're good. Many seem to feel the problem days are behind them. I like that they now do a 2 year warranty, I also got a 3rd year from the dealer doing the install. The appliances seem well made, had the features I wanted, dealer was positive, so I bit. Time will tell. |

| I have read lots of negative comments about Thermador on Consumer Complaints. I have also asked two really good appliance managers about it and they both said that they'd had practically zero complaints about Thermador. The way the conversation was going, they has no reasons to lie to me. I was not going to buy Thermador, we were just discussing different brands. One of them said that some of the problems occur b/c of using the appliances incorrectly. She personally owned Thermadors and was happy with them. The other one said he personally did not like Thermador fridges, though he disliked Sub-Zeros more. So, just FYI. |

| Joc6820, another hopeful here!! I had no intention of getting anything but a range, and DH liked the fridge, and so we wound up with the whole kitchen. I hope I can get local service if I need it...... |

| 14 years ago we installed a thermador dbl 30" both convect, use both ovens 3+/wk (family of 6) and not needed severice ever! |

| We are now considering the thermador package too. Seems like a really good deal. I am planning on getting the 36" gas cooktop and now I am trying to decide if I should go with their double ovens and DW. Anyone have any experience with either? |
