I purchased my Bluestar 36" with grill 3 months ago and since day one it has been nothing but a nightmare. The broiler never worked, Bluestar sent out a repair guy and he broke more items on the stove then he fixed. After the 3rd repair man I was so frustrated that I said that this stove never worked since I bought it I wanted a new one. Bluestar said they won't replace it just send out more repair guys to fix it. The last guy put the door back on crooked, the one before him broke the hinges on the door. The stove and Bluestar have been one big frustration and nightmare. DO NOT buy Bluestar.
