We have the Miele CVA 4062 Coffee System and absolutely love it. We looked at other brands, but the Miele is much easier to access inside for filling water, beans, etc. My brother has had one for years, so we knew it made outstanding coffee. The machines are expensive, but for us, it's been worth every penny. We've only had ours since last summer, but no issues with it thus far. I believe my brother has had a couple service calls on his since 2005, and it's still making great coffee!
