Electrolux Refrigerator Perfect Temp Drawer

We just bought the Electrolux Wave Touch French Door Refrigerator in January 2013 and now, not even two months later, the large deli drawer - the Perfect Temp drawer - doesn't close automatically as it did when we first got it. Its supposed to have the "Luxury Close" feature that makes the drawer close automatically once you give it a gentle push. Does anyone have any experience with this and if so, do you know what I can do to fix it? I'd appreciate any feedback.

I have the perfect temp drawer but an older model that doesn't have that feature.
Check the levelness of your fridge and if that doesn't solve it contact elux.
They were very responsive with my minor problem.
Also Chris Polk the elux rep monitors this site and might have ideas for you.

I was away when I posted - my drawer does close on its own.
The catch point is between 3-4 inches of opening. It is not an active system but passive, so the adjustment of the fridge is important.
