My favorite new appliance is my new Miele wall oven, I just love it. We just got in the end of January, I'm still learning about it. Everything works great.We also got the Panasonic microwave too, both in Stainless Steel. That works great too.

Ditto, my Miele Oven. Superb!!!

Our Miele Steam Oven, Model DG 4080.

Even at this early stage I would not want to be without it. I use it a lot, every dinner at the very least. There are more things I need to learn, but so far I have used it to steam vegetables and eggs. Making potato salad was so easy. Best of all, the flavor stays in the vegetables, which is noticeably different from steaming on the stove. No more green water going down the drain either. Also used it to defrost a couple of pork chops. Defrosting was a little difficult because I didn't know what length time to set the oven for. Next time will be easy.

Hi debs3, thanks for posting about your steam oven, my husband sells Miele, I think a lot of people don't really want an oven like that, for me I would love one, I've just run out of wall space for one. We just got our single Miele wall oven in January, I just love it. I'm going to have to show your post and the picture to my husband, I love the picture that you took, thanks.

Hi Lacombe, I am glad you enjoyed the picture.

I was worried that I might regret getting the steam oven. I tell you now, that I would not want to be without it. If we had to move and I could not buy another one, I would take it with me. Between the steam oven and the Miele 30" oven, I rarely use the stove.

Lacombe, I am curious why you chose the Panasonic MW over the Miele MW?
