If you need induction cookware . . .

Sierra Trading Post has a large assortment of WMF styles on close out, 35% off and free shipping sale. Several sets including a Bueno Induction set for $129. I splurged on the Function 4 for $305 which was a little bit of an extravagance. I hope I will like it. If you can't get the extra shipping and 35% any other way, you can try the key code they sent me. UJG8182X

Here's a pic of the Function 4 pot I've been lusting after.

I think I'm in love! Please come back and let us know how you like it after it arrives.

Too bad I already too much induction cookware, mostly All Clad. :-(

It will be awhile before I use it, probably. My Bosch cooktop won't go in for at least 7 more weeks. I guess I could taint it with my horrid Kitchenaid range, tho . . .

Seriously, I love the features of these pots. Probably overkill. But I have heard that the German-made WMF heats super fast. Dunno. Much of it is Chinese, I think.

Alice and others -- the Function 4 cookware arrived today from Sierra Trading Post and oh, my! This looks to be the finest, most utilitarian cookware I've ever seen. Heavy, nicely put together, and it can practically snap up a magnet from across the room. Admittedly, I haven't used it -- I plan to save it, pristine and virginal, in its white box until my my Bosch induction is installed. But if it cooks like it looks, I am going to be dancing a jig.

Admittedly, I stole this stuff. But I believe I will look seriously at investing in some of the WMF Ceradur skillets.
