I had a Monogram Advantium 240v that I was in love with. The microwave functions weren't always the most intuitive (I used the +30 seconds button usually), but if I used the full Advantium functions I ended up with food that didn't taste like it was cooked in a microwave. My only complaint was keeping it clean since I usually used the high heat functions a lot. I wouldn't think twice about getting another one (although we are ditching the microwave and going steam this time).
