Do you simmer on a Capital Culinarian?

If/when it starts to fall and you're up for bumping it back to the top, that would be appreciated too.

There's some suggestion that while technically the Culinarian's burners simmer "perfectly", practically the experience of some users may be less perfect.

If you cook on a Culinarian regularly - regardless of your opinion about its simmering capability - please would you take a moment to respond to these 6 brief questions?
