Online appliance dealers for the west coast?

I'm looking for appliances for my new house. I found recommendations for Appliance Connection and AJ Madison on this site, but they don't sell the appliances I want in my area. Are there other reputable online appliance dealers for the west coast (we're in Washington state)?

Here are my specific appliances:
Refrigerator - Kitchenaid KBFS20EV, a french door refrigerator
Range - GE Cafe CG985SETSS, dual fuel freestanding range
W&D - Samsung WF231AN & DV 231AGW. I'd be happy with other Samsungs or Whirlpool Duets. I don't need steam or super large capacity, but I do want a gas dryer.
That's it! Wouldn't you know it, though...the prices at Appliance Connection and AJ Madison on the refrigerator and range are by far the best, but can't be sold to our area!

Are you in a remote area of Washington where you need to order online? I'm in Woodinville, Washington which is about 20 miles north of Seattle.
