We recently purchase a Viking Gas Top Range/Oven and have been so disappointed with the excessive noise that it makes during and after use. This is only one of the issues we have experienced but it is the most serious one since it can't be fixed. We have learned that as of late all ovens now have cooling fans. It has been many, many years since we purchased an oven as our last one worked well and it was only during a kitchen remodel that we decided to get new appliances. The question: is there any gas top range/oven that has little to no noise from the cooling fan? Please help! We have a limited amount of time to return this appliance but don't know which to get.
