bs color: ral color bs doesn't list ?s

I see there is an RAL color - Cream 9001 - that might be very good for me, but it is not on the BS display or the BS dropdown menu for ordering metal swatches.

Two questions: 1) Does that mean it can be ordered custom, like any of the zillion other colors in the rainbow and for a custom price - or is there a way to order swatch and range at standard prices? and 2) if not, does anyone have swatch experience with what's in the cream (warm) range?

Thanks.

Of course it is always best to check with the manufacturer to find info like this out for certain as policies change all the time, but as far as I know bs will do any color your heart desires. I suppose you could color match your chihuahua if you wanted to. It does come at an extra cost tho if it is not one of their standard 190 colors. I do think that in a thread not all that long ago someone even mentioned the cost to do a non standard color. To me is seemed like a fair price.
