First time poster to the community & noobie to all this appliance talk so pardon the noobish questions :)

We're building a 2500 sf house & wanted to get a 30" range/oven.

Something like a Wolf R304 or the like.

A 30" would seem perfect for our modest space.

We cook everyday but we doubt we would entertain parties bigger than 15 people at any 1 time & maybe 1 turkey a year for those 15.

Baking cookies is about all we bake.

We're thinking of complementing the range/oven with a convection/microwave built into a nearby adjacent wall.

Anything wrong with this idea?

Optimal size?

Resale issue?

Good alternative ideas?
