For those of us who have Wolf, American Range, Viking etc. WITHOUT self-clean--how often do you clean your oven?

Not often enough, Dare I say the hard, cold, truth?.......Once per year, maybe twice.

RE: oven cleaning

Viking gas range.

We don't broil very much - but we use the oven quite regularly. I always put a pan under anything that might cook over (like a cherry pie). So we rarely have a mess. I wipe up anything immediately, when the oven is cool.

I clean it about once a year with Easy Off.

RE: oven cleaning

I've had my Bluestar just about a year now. Use the oven at least three or four times a week, have not cleaned it yet, other than wiping it out with a sponge.
