If your sink has a standard 3 1/2" drain opening then you should be able to use any disposal you like.
We have a Blanco Stellar Super Single sink and a Waste King disposal.
Installation was no problem and it has been working just fine for 2 1/2 years.

I have a Franke sink and a different brand garbage disposal. You will just have to make sure that if your disposal comes with a different finish flange that you purchase a stainless one to match the sink. Unfortunately, my plumber installed the chrome finish one that came with the disposal, rather than the one I had that matched the sink. :-) I also selected a lighter weight disposal because I wasn't sure how much weight the stainless steel sink could handle, but I don't even know if that would have been an issue ... I was just playing it safe.
