Any ideas for building in an OTR microwave?

I want to install an OTR Advantium but not over the cooktop - just under a wall cabinet without a cooktop below. (I don't have the space for a wall oven cabinet and my cooktop needs a real vent hood.) I've heard it's possible to get the OTR model to look built in but I haven't seen any examples. I've thought about putting deeper wall cabinets above and along side it to conceal the approx. 2" that it sticks out beyond the standard 12" cabinets. Does this sound do-able? Any other ideas for making the Advantium look built-in? It's the 220V Profile model. Thanks.

Do you have an island? That would be a good spot where you could have a deeper cabinet....

Yes - but I prefer to have the microwave at a higher level - and the island is already spoken for by DW, garbage and sink! I have an OTR micro now and am happy with its location except for reaching over the burners to get to it. Over the counter that won't be an issue. I'd just like to make it look a little more elegant.
