Convection Oven Questions

Hi everybody,

Looking for buying advice on the topic of convection ovens. We're in the market and there are 2 fundamental families, regular convection and European (or Turbo or True) convection.

We don't bake much but love to cook, just a normal family. No special skills.

Is it worth it to get a European convection or not? Should I ask other questions?

The European convection is mainly useful if you bake or roast with your oven really full. It may help the temperature stay more even.
