It is an open burner rangetop. Unsuccessfully tried calling and emailing them so far.

Meeting with cabinet maker on Friday. Was hoping to have all specs for him to get started.

Strange, I emailed them a few weeks ago and received a call from them within an hour. I then had a follow up question a few days later, called them up and spoke to someone right away.
