Sue, I think the best method is to get someone to set up a yahoo group or something similar on steam combi ovens - so that folks with Wolf, Gagg, Miele, Thermador, and Viking ( sorry if I am leaving a manufacturer out ) can contribute. I am pretty busy right now, but may get around to it in a while.

Maybe Rhome can do that on her blog?

Seems so, I posted a more pointed comment yesterday and it was gone rather quickly.

This forum is for appliances, and that would include steam ovens. Functional data, physical data, electrical data, general performance success, and people's positive and negative experiences with them would be a propos.

Recipes, however, are more appropriate for several of the forums listed under COOKING on the site front page (see below).

Recipes are also more likely to be of interest to the regulars in such forums and the responses might be more relevant.
