Hi there, and so the appliance debate continues in our house! I finally joined and am hoping to get some advice. I'll start by saying that we cannot afford Miele which would run us about $20,000. Trying to stay within our budget our appliance rep has come up with the following 'package'.

DSC 36" 5 burner cooktop
Bosc 24" 2 rack DW
Jenn air 36" CD fridge
Jenn air 30" double wall oven (1 convection)
Faber 36" chimney hood
Marvel 30" bev fridge

The fridge and double wall oven I can find a lot of reviews on. I cannot however find really any reviews on the DSC cooktop. I read somewhere that it is hard to clean and that the large middle burner makes it difficult to place more pots on the stove which would drive me crazy. Wondering if these claims are substantiated. I could sub it out for either the bertazonni or Jenn air 36 " cook top?
