Is Capital Culinarian the same as Captial?

I am trying to locate a distributor in New Jersey for the Capital Culinarian and all I'm coming up with is Capital.

I really want to take a look at them after reading so many good things about them.

Thanks

Capital Cooking or just Capital for short is the name of the company.

Culinarian is the open burner line of ranges and rangetops.

Yes, you want a Capital distributor.

Capital is the name of the company, Culinarian is just one model that they sell, they also sell a "Precision Model" but it is sealed burners, whilst the Culinarian is Open burners.

Were it me, I would go see Trevor at Eurostoves and have him give you a demo, plus there is no better place to buy one!!!

Eurostoves is in Beverly Mass.

Do a search for "Trevor" at the bottom of the main page to see some of his posts in Garden Web, He has been very helpful to a lot of folks here.

If you goggle Eurostoves you will find their website.
He has also put up videos of the Culinarian on UTUBE, so you may want to watch those too, (How to clean it), cooking and simmering with it, etc etc.

My self I'm an Induction type guy, but were I a "Gasser", even thou I'm In Southern Calif, I would buy the Culinarian from him.

I do have a fire breathing gas dragon out on my patio kitchen, a DCS, and right now I'm doing chicken and noodles in a big pot on it!

Good luck with your future kitchen and appliances!

Gary
