Seeking trim for 32 inch Electrolux IQ-Touch Series fridge/freeze

Hi -
I am building a home and have chosen the Electrolux IQ-Touch Series EI32AF65JS Freezer and Electrolux IQ-Touch Series EI32AR65JS - both freestanding

There are a few kits that are sold along with this product that make the two units look like one (a copy of the sub-zero)

I don't like the huge grate look and want to use as minimal stainless steel as possible (i prefer a paneled look - but this size refrigerator/freezer combo doesn't come with the panel option).

I dont want the 82" double trim kit

what is the difference with the
72" Tall Stainless Steel Double Collar Trim Kit

Double Convertible Louvered/Collar Trim KIt

and - how do i find out the final dimensions so my cabinet place can know how high to make the cabinets above the trim and how wide it will be?

Thank you so very much!
