Jenn-Air Glass Ceramic Cooktop Model CCE3531

Has anyone replaced just the glass top on this Jenn-Air Induction cooktop?

I dropped an object on mine and broke just the corner.
I purchased a replacement top from Jenn-Air.

When the new top was installed all of the metal element controls were off center in the round opening. When the knobs were placed back onto the metal controls, they hid the temperature control numbers above & to the sides of the knob. I contacted Jenn-Air again, and ordered another top. Again, this one had the same problem. And to matters worse, neither top would fit the opening where it was previously installed.

Basically, the tops were made off center. My beef with Jenn-Air was they were not interested in doing anything about this problem.

If anyone has had an issue with this, I would be most appreciative on how Jenn-Air handled the problem. They certainly were not very helpful in solving my problem, hence I'll be thinking twice before purchasing another Jenn-Air product. My kitchen and laundry currently have nothing but their products!

Thanks in advance for your comments.
