I've had a Miele Touchtronic W1131 for years.
Water levels are extremely low, never rising above 1 inch during the washing cycle.
At any point of the washing cycle, I can open the washing machine.
I can even see and feel that sheets don't get wet al lthe way through.
I can coax more water in by stopping and starting the cycle.
However, my laundry doesn't get clean and stinks, especially exercise clothes.
Water pressure has been tested and is fine.
I've had numerous calls to Miele to no avail (yes, I know it's water saving --- sure is if you wash dry)
In my parents' Miele, water is visible in the window and they can't open the machine during the cycle without draining first.

I downloaded some manual and "programmed" higher water levels but to no avail. Still the same issue.

Is there any solution other than waiting 20 years until this machine dies?
