Wolf E series ovens and rotisserie/dehydration

Hello, we are finalizing the oven selection in our new kitchen and are leaning strongly towards one Wolf steam oven and one Wolf E Series transitional. Can someone please let me know if either oven has a rotisserie or dehydration accessory? Both would be very useful for our family. If these don't exist, any ovens that do have these accessories? Thank you.

I have Wolf E ovens, and they do have a dehydration mode. Dehydration requires special racks which are not included with the oven. No rotisserie mode, though. Can't help you with the steam oven--I don't have one. I would imagine that the features are listed on the Wolf-Subzero site.

The E series ovens are wonderful. Baking, roasting, broiling, etc. is more even than with any other oven I've had, and food comes out perfect on the inside too. Highly recommended!
