| I purchased a Whirlpool refrig. They changed the door from Rt. to Lt. before installing it. They showed me an indentation in the door where the screw used to be. Apparently, when they tighten them at the factory it's not done by a human who would know not to tighten the screw so that it would leave a dent impression. The machine that does the job doesn't know that-- therefore a dent. I told them to take it back and I'd have to think about my purchase. Has anyone else had a similar problem with changing their door from Rt. to Lt. and it leaving a dented door? Would I be looking at the same problem with any SS refrig? I appreciate your thoughts. |
